2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

4. Bookings & Payments

• Taxes, fees, deposits, tolls, fuel charges, and insurance costs are determined by the provider
• UTurn Drive LLC is not responsible for pricing errors made by providers

5. Rental Agreements
Upon booking, you will be required to agree to a separate rental agreement provided by the third-party rental company.
That agreement governs:
• Vehicle condition
• Insurance and liability
• Mileage, fuel, and damages
• Cancellations and refunds
UTurn Drive LLC is not a party to that agreement.

6. Vehicle Use & Restrictions
All vehicle usage rules are set by the rental provider. Violations of provider rules may result in penalties, termination of rental, or additional charges imposed directly by the provider.

7. Insurance & Liability Disclaimer
• Insurance coverage is provided by the rental provider or the renter’s insurer
• UTurn Drive LLC does not provide insurance
• UTurn Drive LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, theft, or damages arising from the rental or use of any vehicle

8. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds
A-Hour Cancellation Policy (Full Refund)
Customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of the original booking time and receive a full refund, provided:
• The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of booking, and
• The rental period has not already started
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.

B. Cancellations After 24 Hours
If a cancellation is made after 24 hours of booking, the refund eligibility, amount, and timing are determined solely by the third-party rental provider’s cancellation policy.
UTurn Drive LLC:
• Does not control third-party refund decisions
• Does not guarantee refunds after 24 hours
• Acts only as a communication facilitator when possible

C. No-Shows
Failure to pick up or use the rented vehicle without prior cancellation may be considered a no-show. No-shows are typically non-refundable, subject to the rental provider’s policy.

D. Modifications to Bookings
Booking changes (dates, vehicle type, location) are subject to:

• Provider approval
• Possible additional fees
Any price differences or fees are set by the rental provider.

E. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at booking. Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

• Denied refunds after 24 hours

• Delays caused by third-party rental companies or payment processors
Customers agree that disputes related to refunds after 24 hours must be resolved directly with the rental provider.
